Free 25-Minute ‘Safe Space’ Guided Meditation.

First, find a quiet place where you know you won’t be disturbed, switch off your phone, perhaps close the curtains and dim the lights, and get yourself comfortable on a chair, sofa or bed – then start the meditation and completely immerse yourself in this wonderfully relaxing experience.

You can listen to it at any time of the day – or night – especially if you’re having troubling relaxing or sleeping.

The recording is best heard through earphones, as your mobile, laptop or desktop may not have sufficient speaker capacity and you will not get the full benefit of the meditation.

If you are coming to me for hypnotherapy or for regression, please listen this recording prior to your session, to help you become accustomed to my voice and also to help you get quickly into a relaxed state.
